When you are ready to check out, you can use any of the following payment options. Please note that all prices are quoted in Australian dollars.

We have included a currency converter below for your convenience. This is only a rough guide to currency conversion. Cockatoo Gallery can only process payment in Australian Dollars and your credit card company calculates the charge to your credit card on the date of the transaction. This transaction will be processed on the date of purchase on our web site.

Paying by credit card
The easiest way to purchase is to use your credit card on our secure Web site. Since most browsers support SSL encryption (including current versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator) using your credit card on the Cockatoo Gallery web site is the most convenient and safest way to purchase. We accept all major credit cards including Visa Card, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and Bankcard.

Phone or fax your credit card details
If you are not comfortable using our secure on-line payment facility, then you can proceed to the checkout and print the order page and fax it to us on 08 9335 5152. Alternatively you can phone payment details toll free on 08 9335 5152.

Post a cheque or money order
If you would prefer to pay by cheque or money order please proceed to the checkout, print the order page, complete the relevant details, attach correct payment and post it to:

If you are posting a cheque we ask that you be patient since we cannot dispatch your order until we have received your cheque and payment has been authorised.

Delivery

Cockatoo Gallery allows you to purchase pictures unframed. We will send it to you in a protective tube via Australia Post parcel service.

Original paintings are usually framed and arrangements for freighting and insurance must be made with our admin. Should you purchase or wish to purchase an original painting we would contact you via email in regards to these shipping costs.

Availability
Due to the nature of the ‘limited edition items’ and original paintings being ‘limited’ occasionally we may not have the item you have ordered and the item you have ordered is sold or the edition is finished. If your chosen print or ordered item is not available we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund as per the refund policy.

What delivery address should I use?
We can send your unframed picture directly to your home or office, almost anywhere in the world. We suggest that you choose an address where someone will be present to receive them during business hours.

International Orders

We can even send your unframed prints & posters to selected overseas destinations. Unfortunately we cannot send framed products overseas unless this has been arranged between ourselves and you and agreed upon as to the costs and insurance details.

Duties and taxes
You may be required to pay duties and taxes to claim your package. These are determined by the Customs office in your country and Cockatoo Gallery is unable to control or determine these charges. We encourage you to contact your national Customs office for further information.
